Floyd Earl Deal Jr., 59, longtime area resident, died Wednesday, July 6, 2016 at the Colorado Plains Medical Center in Fort Morgan.

He was born July 18, 1956 in Vancouver, Washington to Floyd and Darlene (Bliven) Deal.

Floyd was a member of the New Testament Baptist Church in Brush.

He enjoyed fishing, classic cars, and loved being outdoors, especially in the mountains.

Floyd is survived by his son Zach Deal (Alex) of Fort Morgan, brothers, Mike Deal (Arlin) of Oak Harbor, Washington, Shane Deal of Fort Collins, and Shawn Deal (Holly) of Marietta, Georgia, sisters, Paula Faubush (Chris) of Winston, Oregon, and Kelly Manning (Clyde) of Commerce City, step-mother Lynn Deal of Fort Morgan, and many nieces and nephews.

He was preceded in death by his sister, Sandra Ellezy, and his parents.

Graveside Funeral Services will be Wednesday, July 13, 2016 at 10:00 AM at the Oak Grove Cemetery in Missouri Valley, Iowa.

Memorial Gifts may be made to the New Testament Baptist Church in Brush.
