Frank E. Castillo, 70, former Wiggins area resident, passed away Wednesday, April 11, 2007, at the Sterling Living Center in Sterling, CO. He was born July 26, 1936, in Austin, TX, to Rosalio & Bernita Castillo. Prior to ill health forcing his retirement, Frank drove a truck. Survivors include his children, Frank Jr. of Durango, CO, Jaime of Onley Springs, CO, Veronica Ceballos, Sylvia Rodriguez and Laura Castillinios all of Council Bluff, Iowa; and Chrstine Nava of Wiggins, CO; 1 brother, Benito of Wisconsin; 1 sister, Dora Martinez of Texas; 14 grandchildren and 14 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by 1 granddaughter, 3 brothers, and his parents. Visitation will be at the Heer & Jolliffe Mortuary in Fort Morgan on Tuesday from 2 – 5 PM. A vigil and rosary service will be held at 5:00 PM Tuesday at the Heer & Jolliffe Mortuary. Cremation will follow.
