Georgia L. Darland, 52, formerly of Kremmling, died Tuesday March 10, 2009 at her home South of Fort Morgan, CO. She was born July 29, 1956 in Kremmling to Roy and Evelyn Darland. Georgia worked as a Nurse Aide at the Kremmling Memorial Hospital for several years. She also ranched near Kremmling. She moved to Fort Morgan in 2007 to be closer to her family. She enjoyed taking care of her patients at the hospital and working with her animals on the ranch. She is survived by her daughter Holly Moore of Aurora, Co., her sister Debbie David, and her mother Evelyn Avery both of Fort Morgan and one niece Sheena Darland of Kremmling. She was preceded in death by one brother Clint and her father. A Memorial service will be held on Tuesday March 24, 2009 at 12:00 noon at the Extension Hall at the Grand County Fair Grounds in Kremmling. The Heer & Dahl Mortuaries are in charge of the cremation arrangements.
