Gladys R. Stickley, 91, Resident of Morgan County for most of her life, passed away Thursday, December 20, 2007, at the North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley. She was born April 7, 1916, in Gage, OK, to Harry & Bertha Gregg. She married Ray Stickley in Alliance, NE, in 1940. She was a member of the Brush Church of the Nazarene. She enjoyed cooking. She loved spending time with her family. Survivors include her children, Thomas Hagan, of Porum, OK; Tonna Herbst of Brush, Jim Stickley of Fort Morgan; and Janice Baker of Denver; 1 brother, Hugh Gregg of California; and numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great – great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband; 2 sons, Harry Edward, and Marvin; 1 daughter, Verna Hall; and 5 sisters, Wilma, Alma, Allene, Eva, and Clara. Funeral services will be held Thursday, December 27, 2007, at 10:30 AM at the Brush Church of the Nazarene, 500 Cameron Street. Interment will follow in the Brush Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be at the Heer Mortuary on Wednesday from 2 – 5 PM. Friends who wish may make memorial gifts to the Brush Church of the Nazarene.
