Gregory John Hanson was a loving father, grandfather, and friend. It is with heavy hearts that the family announces his passing in Greeley on October 15th, 2025, at the age of 65.

Greg was born to Beth and Victor Hanson on August 20, 1960, in Fort Morgan, Colorado. He graduated from Fort Morgan Highschool. He then attended Colorado State University where he studied Horticulture and pursued a successful career in landscaping and landscape design. He enjoyed traveling, building relationships, and watching his CSU Rams and Denver Broncos.

Greg is survived by his two children Breanna Hanson and Kyle Bennett. He is also survived by his sister, Vickie; nephew, Erich; his grandchildren, Kiera, Brynn, and Lucas; and many lifelong friends. He was preceded in death by his parents Beth and Vic.

Greg will be missed greatly but always remembered. A small memorial service will be held for his closest family and friends.
