Gretchen Suzanne Murray, 56, longtime area resident, passed away, Wednesday, August 16, 2017.

She was born October 4, 1960 in San Mateo, California to Maurice and Alison (Hawkins) Dhuyvetter Jr.

Gretchen drove a school bus locally and was a member of the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah's Witnesses in Fort Morgan.

Horses and art were prominent in her life. She enjoyed riding and much of her art work had to do with horses.

She loved her family and they were very important to her, especially her kids and grandkids.

Gretchen is survived by her children, Mistique Dhuyvetter (Kipp) of Aurora, Keith Murray of Greeley, Roselyn Murray of Eaton, and Makaylah Ferris, grandchildren, Braydon and Tavon Palmer, Amber, Lyllan, and Justin Shaver, and Dakota Westhoff, step siblings, Lori Disney, Donna Bonetti, and Greg and Bob Manjarrez.

She was preceded in death by her brother, Jacques Dhuyvetter, and her parents.

Memorial Services will be Thursday, August 31, 2017 at 10 am at the Kingdom Hall west of Fort Morgan.
