GUINEVERE "JUDY" MCKELLIPS, 80, died Friday, November 12, 2010 at North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley. She was born August 27, 1930 in Brush to Leon & Erma (Addington) Lake. She grew up on a dairy farm in Snyder and has lived in Brush for the last ten years. Judy worked as a accredited records technician for Denver Health Medical Center for a number of years before her retirement. She was a member of the Snyder United Methodist Church and the Moose Lodge. She enjoyed reading, crocheting, crafts, and gardening. Survivors include her four children, Cindy Ely of Brush, Kenneth Lau of Longmont, Sandra Leber of Corpus Christi, TX, and Kevin McKellips of Denver; two sisters, Bea Vondy of Sterling and Linda Zidek of Monongahela, PA, 5 grandchildren, 3 step grandchildren, and 9 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents and her brother, Etson Lake. A memorial service will be Saturday, November 20th at 10:30 AM at the Heer & Dahl Mortuary Chapel in Brush. Services will conclude at the chapel. The Heer & Dahl Mortuary & Crematory in Brush is in charge of arrangements.
