Zaviah and Hakeem Ortiz, infant children of Alondis & Destiny Ortiz, passed away shortly after birth at University Medical Center in Aurora, CO on April 4, 2020.

A memorial service, using social distancing, will be held on Monday, April 27, 2020, at 1:30 PM at the Heer Mortuary Chapel in Brush.  The service will conclude at the mortuary.

Survivors include their parents, grandparents, Alisha Rodefer, and Dwight Ortiz and great grandparents, Dave & Pam Rodefer.
