Harryette E. "Willi" Wilcoxen, 92,  passed away Saturday, November 6, 2021, at the Brookdale Meridan Lakewood Care Center in Denver.  She was born April 26, 1929, in Laramie, WY to Harry C. & Charlotte I. Jones.

Willi was raised in Denver and was an active member of St. John's Episcopal Cathedral.  She graduated from East High School in Denver and attended St. Lukes School of Nursing where she received her education to become a registered nurse.

Willi married Gene "Doc" Wilcoxen in Wray, Colorado in 1950.  She was passionate about her career and her family. She worked as an RN in Wray, Denver, Gering NE, Woodland, CA and Brush CO.  Willi was also very involved in her home Episcopal Church participating in choir and alter guild and she was an active member in PEO.

Willi is survived by husband Gene "Doc" Wilcoxen, 2 daughters Dawn (George) Veniegas, Robin (Allan) Davis, grandchildren Derek (Kathy) Otero, Mandy (Nathan) Davenport, Mallory Davis Salas, Marissa Mitchell and four great grandchildren.

A memorial service will be held Saturday, November 13, 2021, at the St. Phillip & St. James Episcopal Church at 10:30 a.m., 2797 S. Lowell Blvd., Denver, CO.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations can be made to St. Phillip and St. James Episcopal Church.

The Heer Mortuary, Brush, CO was entrusted with the cremation arrangements.
