Hector D. Garcia, 53, passed away Friday, November 11, 2011, at the North Colorado Medical Center in Greeley following a short illness. He was born March 15, 1958, in Lubbock, TX, to Victor & Helen Garcia. On July 26, 1984, Hector married Lola Arreguin in Lubbock, TX. The Garcia's moved to Morgan County in 1998. Prior to ill health, Hector worked for CATTLECO. Hector enjoyed watching and playing all sports. He was an avid Oakland Raiders fan. He enjoyed playing pool, and going to casinos. His favorite past time was spent with his family. Survivors include his wife, Lola of Snyder; 2 sons, Celestino (Bo) Vasquez and his wife Yessenia, of Fort Morgan; and Christopher Arreguin of Lubbock, TX; his Mother, Helen Garcia of Fort Morgan; 4 sisters, Irma Perez, Olivia Campa, Gloria Cantu, and Gracie Garcia all of Fort Morgan; and 12 grandchildren. Funeral services will be Tuesday, November 15, 2011, at 10:30 AM at the Heer & Dahl Mortuary Chapel in Fort Morgan. Interment will follow in Memory Gardens. Visitation will be Monday from 4 – 7 PM.
