Helen Irene Fisher, 91, passed away Monday, November 12, 2012 at the Valley View Villa Care Center in Ft. Morgan. She was born October 3, 1921 in Ft. Morgan to Charles and Ida Rahmon. Helen operated a beauty salon out of her home in Ft. Morgan for over 50 years. She was a member of the local Chamber of Commerce and in her younger years was an avid bowler. She loved her family and they were very important to her. Survivors include, her son Bill Fisher and wife Janice of Lexington, Kentucky, her sister, Charlotte Gould of Brush, grandchildren, Ted Fisher, Stacey Foster, Stephanie Follensbee, Jeff Fisher, and Bill Fisher, and 16 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her parents, one son, Terry Fisher, and sisters, Alice Young, Leona Powers, and Laura Leduc. Funeral Services will be Friday, November 16, 2012 at 2:00 pm at the Heer Mortuary Chapel in Ft. Morgan. Interment will follow in Riverside Cemetery.
