Ila B. Bresnahan, 74. longtime Morgan County resident, passed away Wednesday, December 1, 2010, at her home. She was born November 27, 1936, in Steamboat Springs, CO, to Lyle & Celesta Reasoner. Following graduation from Brush High School, Ila worked for several years as a telephone operator for Mountain Bell. She later worked at the Kmart Store in Fort Morgan. ON May 13, 1972, Ila married Mike Bresnahan in Reno, NV. Before her health began to fail, Ila attended the Cowboy Church in Brush. Survivors include 4 sisters, Jean Carlson of Lafayette, CO, Lila Kingcade and Lois Weisbart both of Brush, and Elinore Reasoner of Fort Morgan; and several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her husband, 2 sisters, Karen Gammel, and Sandra Ward, and her parents. A private family service will be held at a later date. The Heer & Dahl Mortuaries & Crematory are entrusted with the cremation arrangements.
