Ione Collette Cary, 78, of Ft. Morgan, died Sunday, October 31, 2010 at the Colorado Plains Medical Center in Ft. Morgan. She was born March 10, 1932 in Denver to Charles and Marjorie (Gershner) Meyers. Ione married Robert Cary on September 18, 1967 in Las Vegas, Nevada. They moved to Ft. Morgan from Brighton about sixteen years ago. Ione enjoyed reading and crocheting and she and her husband belonged to a national Model T car club. Survivors include her husband Robert of Ft. Morgan, one son, Devin Cary of Longmont and two granddaughters. She was preceded in death by her parents and one brother, Louis Myers. Memorial Services will be Friday, November 12, 2010 at 2:00 pm at the Heer & Dahl Mortuary Chapel in Ft. Morgan. Services will conclude at the mortuary.
