Isaiah Manuel Perez, 9 month old son of Rocky Perez and Amanda Leann Holbert died Sunday, July 27, 2008 at the Colorado Plains Medical Center in Fort Morgan. He was born October 14, 2007 in Fort Morgan. Survivors include his parents, one brother, Siverio Perez, great grandparents Donato and Tracy Holbert of Wiggins and Manuel and Clara Perez of Brush. Visitation will be held from 2 to 4 PM Thursday, July 31, 2008 at the Heer Mortuary in Fort Morgan. Funeral Services will be Friday, August 1, 2008 at 10:30 AM at the Life Fellowship Four Square Church in Fort. Morgan. Interment will follow in Memory Gardens. Heer Mortuary in Fort Morgan is in charge of the arrangements.
