IZEL LABOUNTY, 97, of Fort Morgan, died Monday evening, December 3, 2007 at the Eben Ezer Lutheran Care Center in Brush. Mrs. LaBounty was born February 13, 1910 in Cawker, KS to Noah & Anna Bishop. She attended high school in Jamestown, KS. She married Charles Franklin Wiss on November 26, 1927, with whom she had three children. Mr. Wiss died in 1971. Izel married Beryl LaBounty in 1974 in Concordia, KS. Mr. & Mrs. LaBounty moved to Fort Morgan shortly after their marriage. Beryl died in 1997 and Izel remained in Fort Morgan until her death. Mrs. LaBounty was preceded in death by her first and second husband, her daughter; Alice Mae Studer; two sons, Charles Robert Wiss and Leonard Duane Wiss. Graveside services will be Wednesday, December 12, 2007 at 10:00 AM in Riverside Cemetery in Fort Morgan. Interment will follow. The Heer & Jolliffe Mortuary in Fort Morgan is in charge of arrangements.
