Jack Hosier, 81, of Fort Morgan, died unexpectedly, Monday morning at the Colorado Plains Medical Center in Fort Morgan. He was born February 11, 1928 in McCook, Nebraska, to Manuel and Elizabeth Hosier. Jack married Clara Robb on February 5, 1950 in Fort Morgan. He was an active member in the First Christian Church, loved gardening, crafts, spending time with his grandkids and just having coffee and chatting. He is survived by two sons, Dareld, and his wife, Sandy, and Mike, and his wife, Nancy, all of Fort Morgan; two daughters, Donna Schuster, and her husband, Tony, of Fort Morgan and Martha Symmonds, and her husband, Jamie, of Holcomb, KS; four sisters, Wanda Ike of Denver, CO., his twin sister, Joanne Parker of Golden, CO., Patsy Archer of Longmont, CO., and Rosie Conner of Dacono, CO. He is also survived by six grandchildren and two great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his wife, Clara, his parents and two sisters, Esther Columbia and Norma Szase. Visitation will be Thursday, October 15th, from 4:00 PM until 7:00 PM at the Heer & Dahl Mortuary Chapel in Fort Morgan. A funeral service will be Friday, October 16th at 10:30 AM at the First Christian Church, also in Fort Morgan. Interment services will follow in Memory Gardens.
