James "Jim" Everett Dick, resident of Morgan County, went to be with his heavenly father on November 25, 2021 at the age of 76.

He was born in Fort Morgan to Everett and Helen (Hellmuth) Dick on December 30, 1944. After serving in the Army, he married his life partner, Marilyn Tuck on June 7, 1968.

Jim farmed and worked in the oil field for years before going to work as a truck driver for Morgan County Road & Bridge.

Survivors include his wife of 53 years, Marilyn; his two sons, Brian (Julie) Dick of Sutherland, NE, Ron (Maranda) Dick of Brush, CO; sister, Donna (Jim) Krening; five grandchildren, A.J. (Jill), Jacob (Brittany), Bryson (Shelby), Cassidy, and Brody; six great grandchildren, Jacey, Savannah, Kennedi, Brewer, Hadlee, Rydan, and nieces and nephews.

Per his request there will be cremation and the family will have a private service at a later time.
