James Villarreal, born on May 12, 1957, in Texas, passed away on April 29, 2025, at his home in Thornton. He was a man who cherished the outdoors, enjoying activities such as fishing and camping. James had a deep love for his family and children, and he took great pleasure in barbequing.

He is survived by his daughter, Maria Villarreal Nunez, his sisters, Udelia Martinez and Marcy Villarreal, his brother, Lorenzo, and his grandchildren, Abigail Nunez and Marianna Nunez.

James was preceded in death by his parents, Olegario and Eudelia Villarreal, his brother, Leandro Villarreal, and his sister, Olivia Gonzalez.

A graveside service will be held on Monday, May 12, 2025, at 3:00 PM at Memory Gardens Cemetery.
