Jason Smith 39, passed away unexpectedly on February 1 ^st ,2022. He was born February 15 ^th to Claudia Smith and Ralph Smith of Leadville Colorado.

Jason was a free spirit and enjoyed traveling around the country. He enjoyed playing the guitar and creating songs in which he was extremely talented at. Jason also highly enjoyed playing Lacrosse growing up. He was loved by many and will be deeply missed.

Survivors include his mother and father, Claudia and Ralph Smith, his sister, Jessica Smith, brother-in-law, Randy Behm, 3 nephews, Caleb Smith, Neo Smith, Logan Behm, and 2 nieces Layla Behm and Destiny Smith. He was preceded in death by his brother Joshua Smith.

Jason's memorial service will be held at Heer Mortuary Chapel in Fort Morgan on Friday June 24 ^th at 11 am.
