Obituary

Gloria "Jeannie" Tucker, age 63, passed away on Monday Feb. 13th at her home in Fort Morgan after a long illness. She was born in Imperial, Nebraska on January 14th, 1949 to Jerald and Marie (Grimes) Green. She moved to the Fort Morgan area with her family in 1963 and attended school in Fort Morgan, graduating in 1967. She married Don Tucker on July 15th, 1992. Jeannie held various jobs throughout her life and especially enjoyed running her own businesses. She had a day care, a photography studio, and a janitorial business. Jeannie loved spending time with family and her many friends and especially enjoyed her 7 grandchildren. She loved animals, spending time in her flower garden and reading. Jeannie was also an active member of the First Baptist Church in Fort Morgan. Jeannie is survived by her husband, Don Tucker, a son, Lonnie and his wife, Brenda, Loose and granddaughters, Abigail and Isabelle, of Fort Morgan, Colorado; step-son, Jay Tucker and his wife, Wendy, and grandchildren, Makennah and Ryan, of Briggsdale, Colorado, Troy Tucker and his wife, Justine, and grandson, Kaden, of Kersey, Colorado, a son, Robert Loose and his wife, Shami, and grandchildren, Garrett and Taryn of Wellington, Colorado. She is also survived by her mother, Marie Green of Fort Morgan, one brother, Jerry Green and his wife Tammy of Fort Morgan and two sisters, Sandy Ochoa and her husband, Raymond, and Paula Johnson and her fiancé, Don Bonalson, all of Winkelman, Arizona, Beverly (Dave) Bailey of Fort Morgan and Barbara (Stuart) Aaron of Houston, Texas. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Jerald Green, infant daughter, Jeannie Marie, and grandson, Colten Loose. Services will be held on Friday at 10:30 am at the First Baptist Church, 618 Main Street, Fort Morgan, Colorado. Memorial gifts may be sent to Tucker family c/o the Heer & Dahl Mortuaries.
