Jeannine A. Colding, 70, passed away Monday, October 12, 2009, at the Poudre Valley Health System in Fort Collins, Colorado. She was born August 16, 1939 in Yurbana, IL to Howard & Evelyn Wells. Jeannine worked as an art educator, teaching some 16 different forms of art, including oil painting, ceramics, pottery, macramé, etc. When Jeannine began suffering from a vision impairment, she began a career with the State of Colorado, working as a line cafeteria food service representative. After retiring, Jeannine moved to Brush in 2000. She was a member of the Snyder Bible Church. She enjoyed working with, and teaching, art projects. Her most precious times were the times she spent with her family. Survivors include her children, Jerri Hanson of Brush, Julia Daniels of Fort Morgan, Jim Colding of Aurora, CO, and Joyce McCoy of Firestone, CO; 2 sisters, Cheryl Daniels and Leslie Hale, both of Thornton, CO; 6 grandchildren and 11 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by 1 son, Jeffory, 1 grandson, and her parents. A celebration of Jeannine's life will be held. For more information please contact her family.
