Jeffrey Allan Stock was born on September 18, 1958, in Davenport, Iowa to Ethel and Donald Stock.  He died at his home in Ft. Morgan, Colorado, on November 11, 2023.  Veterans Day.  A coincidence not lost on his two veteran sons.

Jeff was a grandfather and father, a son and brother, an uncle and friend.  He loved spending time with family, Colorado, hunting, sports, and dogs.  He was a tremendous athlete, playing one sport or another most of his life – softball, golf, bowling – something.  If it wasn't for having to borrow his brother's (too big) shoes he might have had a shot at being selected to play for the Cincinnati Reds when he tried out in 1982.  He had a deep love for Colorado's front range and mountains and was the most loyal Colorado professional sports fan ever – making sure all those he loved had at least one Denver Broncos sweatshirt in their closet at all times (even if they were a Seahawk fan).

He was proceeded in death by his mother, Ethel Stock, and his father, Donald Stock.  He is survived by three sons: Jeff Stock (Tisha Montgomery), Joshua Jacob Wise (Deetra Wise), Justin Stewart Ernst-Stock (Samantha Ernst).  He is survived by nine grandchildren: Elle Stock, Luke Stock, Dawson Wise, Kohen Wise, Slater Davis, Phoebe Davis, Isabelle Nicole Stock, Myliah Ernst, Harper Ernst.  He is survived by one sister, Patty Carlson (Don Carlson), and three brothers, Chris Stock, Chuck Stock (Carolyn Stock) and Terry Stock (Lori Stock).  He is survived by numerous friends, cousins, nieces, and nephews.  He is also survived by his most faithful companion, Diamond.
