Jerry R. Greene, 41, former Fort Morgan resident, died Monday April 12, in Santa Barbara, CA. He was born May 19, 1968 in Bakersfield, CA to Elaine Greene. He grew up and attended school in Fort Morgan. He lived in Santa Barbara, CA for the past few years, where he loved living near the ocean, boating, fishing and working on cars. His most precious times were spent with his family, barbecuing, picnicing, and spending time together. He is survived by his mother, Elaine Greene of Fort Morgan; a sister, Jeanette Wynn, of Log Lane Village; four daughters, Samantha Greene of Fairbanks, Alaska, Courtney Greene of Fort Morgan, Mindy Greene and Angie Seacrist; and his grandmother, Fern Ross, of Fort Morgan; and three grandchildren. A memorial service will be held on Wednesday at 10:00 AM at the Life Fellowship Church in Fort Morgan. The service will conclude at the church. Private inurnment will be held at a later date at the Serenity Falls Columbarium in Fort Morgan.
