Obituary

Jesus Manuel Caraveo Dominguez, 73, died Friday, July 31, 2020 at UCHealth in Aurora. He was born October 27, 1946 in Chihuahua, Mexico to Edwges Caraveo and Socorro Dominguez. Jesus married Guadalupe Martinez on April 11, 1969 in Nicolas Bravo, Chihuahua, Mexico. They moved to the Fort Morgan area in 1994. Jesus attended Saint Helena's Catholic Church in Fort Morgan.

He was a man of many traits; he could fix and build anything. His woodworking skills were amazing, as was his ability to make a delicious meal. He enjoyed cooking for his kids and grandchildren, having family gatherings was one of his favorite things to do.

Survivors include his wife Guadalupe of Fort Morgan, children, Daniel Caraveo (Carole) of Fort Morgan, Liliana Caraveo of Fort Morgan, Elvia Caraveo (Sergio) who lives in Denver, and Alejandra Stephens (Leif) of Fort Morgan, brothers and sisters, Carlos, Mario, Hector, "Luchi", "Tere", "Chela", "Pepe", "Chacho", "Luly", "Beto", and Isabel, grandchildren, Richy, Liza, "Nueva", Leo, Lia, Megan, Ryan, Kaia, Sergio Jr., and "Toño". Jesus was preceded in death by his sister Maria, and his parents.

There will be a visitation on Thursday, August 6, 2020 at 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm followed by a Rosary Vigil at 7:00 pm. at the Heer Mortuary in Fort Morgan.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Friday, August 7, 2020 at 10:00 am at Saint Helen's Catholic Church in Fort Morgan.

Jesús Manuel Caraveo Domínguez, de 73 años, murió el viernes 31 de julio de 2020 en UCHealth en Aurora. Nació el 27 de octubre de 1946 en Chihuahua, México, hijo de Edwges Caraveo y Socorro Domínguez. Jesús se casó con Guadalupe Martínez el 11 de abril de 1969 en Nicolás Bravo, Chihuahua, México. Se mudaron al área de Fort Morgan en 1994. Jesús asistió a la Iglesia Católica de Santa Helena en Fort Morgan.

Era un hombre de muchos rasgos; él podría arreglar y construir cualquier cosa. Sus habilidades para trabajar la madera eran increíbles, al igual que su habilidad para hacer una comida deliciosa. Le gustaba cocinar para sus hijos y nietos, tener reuniones familiares era una de sus actividades favoritas.

Jesús fue precedido en la muerte por su hermana María y sus padres.

Habrá una visita el jueves 6 de agosto de 2020 a las 5:00 p.m. hasta las 7:00 p.m. seguido de una Vigilia del Rosario a las 7:00 p.m. en la funeraria Heer en Fort Morgan.

La misa será el viernes 7 de agosto de 2020 a las 10:00 a.m. en la Iglesia Católica de Santa Helena en Fort Morgan.
