Joel Moyer, 60, of Brush, died on November 9, 2021.  He was born September 6, 1961 in Casper Wyoming to Doran & Phyllis Moyer.

Joel was a truck driver and an entrepreneur for a tree service. He moved to Morgan County in 1967 and grew up here. Joel loved animals; especially dogs.

He is survived by his daughter, Leah Fellers; his sisters, Debra Mitchell, Trudy Forbes, and Maryann Dean.

He was preceded in death by his parents, his son, and an infant brother.

A celebration of life will be held on Sunday, December 5 ^th at 3:00 PM at the Carroll Building in Brush.
