Jose A. Rodriguez-Gamboa, 38, longtime area resident, died Monday, July 17, 2017 at the Colorado Plains Medical Center in Fort Morgan.

He was born March 1, 1979 in Juarez, Mexico to Juan Rodriguez-Medrano, and Enriqueta Rodriguez-Gamboa.

Jose enjoyed joking around, drawing, and being a barber.

He loved his family and they were very important to him, especially his children.

Survivors include, his wife Michelle, mother Enriqueta of Fort Morgan, children, Mario Carlos (Candy), Elias Rodriguez, and Ibeth Rodriguez all of Greeley, siblings, Miguel Rodriguez and Aracela Rodriguez both of Fort Morgan, his nephew, Melakhi Salazar of Fort Morgan, and numerous cousins, aunts, and uncles.

He was preceded in death by his father, Juan Rodriguez- Medrano.

There will be a visitation on Thursday, July 20, 2017 from 2 until 5 PM at the Heer Mortuary in Fort Morgan.

Funeral Services will be Friday, July 21, 2017 at 2:00 pm at the Colony Worship Center in Fort Morgan. Interment will follow in Memory Gardens.
