Joshua C. Smith, 40, former Fort Morgan resident, passed away Tuesday, November 3, 2020, at the Good Samaritan Hospital in Lafayette, CO.  He was born December 10, 1979, in Englewood, CO to Ralph & Claudia Smith.

Joshua graduated from Fort Morgan High School in 1998.  While attending FMHS he participated on the wrestling team in which he broke a couple of school records and received many awards.  He attended Northeast Junior College in Sterling for one year.  He joined the US Navy and served for about 2 years.  Following his discharge, Joshua was self employed selling credit card and ATM processing machines.  Josh enjoyed watching high school & collegiate wrestling.  He also enjoyed camping and golfing..

Survivors include his parents, Ralph & Claudia of Leadville, CO, 2 sons, Caleb J. Smith  and Neo S. Bain.  Also by 1 brother Jason Smith; 1 sister Jessica J. Smith;, a nephew, Logan J. Behm, a niece, Destiny N. Smith, and a special friend, Alida Levett.

A graveside service will be held Friday, November 13, 2020, at 1:00 PM at Memory Gardens in Fort Morgan.
