Karen Donna Haws, 67, passed away Friday, April 10, 2020, at the Medical Center of Aurora in Aurora, CO.  She was born in Colorado Springs on April 10, 1953, to Edgar & Phyllis Haws.

Karen graduated from high school in Andrews, TX.  During her working career, Karen worked in a variety of customer service positions, with the last being at King Soopers. She was very active through the Laradon Hall, a society for exceptional children and adults under the auspices of the Elks Lodge. She was also involved with the Day Program with CCDS.

Karen was an avid Denver Bronco and Colorado Rockies fan. (Note... No Raider Tater gear!!) She enjoyed attending Metro State athletic events. She also enjoyed having lunch, "hanging out" with friends at the mall, and going to the pet store.

Survivors include her Father, Edgar Haws of Fort Morgan; brother, Calvin and Amy Haws also of Fort Morgan, and three nieces, Kayla, Ashlie, and Tierra. She was preceded in death by her Mother, Phyllis.

A memorial service will be held at a later date.
