On Tuesday morning of July 26th, Karen Jean White Lindell, age 77, passed away at her home in Brush, CO. She was born on June 13, 1945 in Lincoln, Nebraska to Lillie and Herman White. She grew up on the family farm in Kansas, and was the youngest of 4 siblings.

Karen was a dedicated mother and grandmother. The highlight of her life was spending holidays with her family and friends. She cherished every moment spent with her loved ones. Photography was one of Karen's passions. She loved to spend her time outside photographing the birds, flowers, animals, and family. Another passion Karen had was finding out knowledge about her ancestors. She heavily used Ancestry.com to create record books dating back many generations. Up until her passing, Karen was wild at heart, from her sense of humor to her love of singing and dancing.

Preceding her in death were her parents; her brother Leslie; her sister Doralene; her husband Robert (Bob); her son Jeff, and 2 great grandchildren.

Karen is survived by her brother Rodney White of Wray, CO; her children, Brian, Rick, Mike, Deborah, Kimberley, and Monte. She has 17 grandchildren, and 16 great-grandchildren.

Visitation will be at the Heer Mortuary Chapel in Brush on Tuesday, August 2 ^nd from 4:00 – 6:00 PM.

Funeral services will be Wednesday, August 3 ^rd at 1:00 PM at the Haigler United Methodist Church, 361 S. King Ave. in Haigler, NE. Interment will follow in the Haigler Cemetery.
