Kathleen Dale Alway, a Fort Morgan area resident for 10 years, passed away Friday, September, 14, 2012 at the Colorado Plains Medical Center. She was born on October 25, 1938 in Salida, CO, to Dale Patrick and Mary Sneddon. On December 15, 1956, Kathleen married Lester Irvin Alway in San Francisco, CA. Kathleen was an avid reader. Her home was what she enjoyed. While Lester was away protecting our country in the US Navy, she was at home taking care of their children. Survivors include 2 sons Lester Curtis Always of Parker, CO, and Matthew Alway of Fort Morgan; 1 daughter Jennifer Templeton of Fort Morgan; special nephew, Michael Sneddon of Fruita, CO; 16 grandchildren and 8 great-grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband and her parents. Private inurnment will be in Serenity Falls Columbarium.
