KEITH E. MCCLOUD, 82, lifelong Fort Morgan resident, died early Monday morning, January 26, 2009 at Colorado Plains Medical Center in Fort Morgan. He was born March 8, 1926 in Morgan County to Edmund & Lettie (Myers) McCloud. He married Venetta Patton on February 14, 1949 in Fort Morgan. Mr. McCloud farmed and ranched for the majority of his life. He enjoyed hunting and fishing. Survivors include his son, Kenneth McCloud of Fort Morgan; two daughters, Linda Barnes of Colorado Springs, CO, and Kim Barthlama of Billings, MT; his sister, Hazel Smith of Fort Morgan; 5 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by six of his siblings, his parents; and his wife, Venetta McCloud. Funeral services will be 10:30 AM Friday, January 30th at the United Methodist Church in Fort Morgan. Interment will follow in Memory Gardens in Fort Morgan. Memorial gifts may be made to the Fort Morgan Community Hospital Association in care of Heer Mortuary, 225 E.
