Larry R. Cooper, 52, passed away early Saturday, September 22, 2012, at Sunset Manor Care Center in Brush following a lengthy illness. He was born July 1, 1960, in Port Hueneme, CA, to Ron & Doretta Cooper. Larry graduated from Brush High School in 1978. He was an avid Bronco's fan and loved football, basketball and most other sports. He loved playing horseshoes, camping and no one could beat him playing darts. Prior to ill health forcing his retirement, Larry worked for the Burlington Northern Sante Fe Railroad for 32 years Survivors include his wife, Tammy of Hillrose; his Mother, Doretta Cooper of Brush and 1 sister; Lynne Monsees of Franktown, CO. He was preceded in death by his Father, and his maternal grandparents, Ruth & Orvon Holloway. At Larry's request, no service will be held.
