Larry E. Dunham, 72, former Brighton area resident, passed away Wednesday, August 5, 2009, at the Eben Ezer Lutheran Care Center in Brush. He was born October 17, 1936, in Iliff, CO, to Alfred & Harriet Dunham. Larry married Judy Duckworthh on May 23, 1955 in Taos, NM. Prior to retirement, Larry served as factory manager for Western Sugar Company. He retired after working 42 years in the sugar manufacturing industry. Survivors include his wife, Judy, of Brush; 2 children, Teresa Hood and Greg Dunham both of Brighton; 1 sister, Lois White of Bend, OR; and 2 grandchildren. He was preceded in death by 1 granddaughter, 1 brother, Kenneth, and his parents. At Larry's request no service will be held. The Heer & Dahl Mortuaries & Crematory in Brush were entrusted with the cremation arrangements.
