Larry Joe Kolman, 70, of Brush, passed away, early Thursday morning, January 20, 2022 at the East Morgan County Hospital in Brush. He was born in Brush on December 14, 1951 to Laudis "Oscar" & Betty Kolman.

Larry attended Brush schools and was active in football and baseball in high school. He graduated from Brush High School in 1970 and then married his high school sweetheart, Linda Lou Redden on June 27, 1971 at the First Baptist Church in Brush.

While in high school, Larry worked at Von's Furniture in Brush. He then worked for Day Spring Dairy until 1979 when he began his career with Mohrlang Manufacturing where he worked until 2006. In 2008 he took a job with Wisdom Manufacturing where he worked until March, 2021.

Larry was a member of Rankin Presbyterian Church in Brush where he is also an Elder. He loved bowling, fishing and hunting. In 1992 he traveled to Queensland, Australia to watch his son, Joel play football with Colo Allstars.

Larry is survived by his wife of 50 ½ years, Linda Lou Redden-Kolman; his sons, Joel Thomas Kolman and Josh Lukas Kolman and wife, Jill, all of Brush; his sixteen grandchildren, J.R., Tucker, Leslie, Wyatt, Charlene, Lane, Dakota, Joseph, Oliver, Sophia, Tyler, Madaline, Lucian, Elijah, Abby and Aiden; his great grandchildren, Callie, and Reagan; his brother, Jerry Kolman and wife, Linda of Oregon; and two sisters, Eunice Wahlert of Brush and Kathy Mae Shaeffer and husband, Rod of Merino.

He was preceded in death by his parents and his daughter, Mary Alice Kolman.

Funeral services will be at Rankin Presbyterian Church, 420 Clayton Street, Brush, CO 80723 on Tuesday, January 25 ^th at 10:00 AM. Services will conclude at the church.
