Larry Stieb Jr., 55, passed away Friday, December 8, 2006, at his home in Brush. He was born June 3, 1951, in Stelring, CO, to Lawrence & Agnes Stieb. He married Marnie D. Kay on May 17, 2003, in Huntington, UT. Larry enjoyed woodworking, fly tying, gardening of all sorts, camping and fishing. He lvoed being with his children. He had a dry sense of humor and like to joke around. Survivors include his wife, Marnie, of Brush; his Father, Lawrence Stieb of Denver, his Mother, Agnes Folladori of Akron; 3 sons, Tim Stieb of Fort Collins, Thomas Stieb and Brandon Stieb both of Brush; 1 daughter, Miranda Herrera of Brush; 5 brothers, Tony Stieb of Brush, Michael Sheets of Akron, Jim Stieb of Fort Morgan, Sam Moncrief and Joe Stieb both of Grand Junction; 2 sisters, LInda Hansen of Brush and Jeannie Stieb and 10 grandchildren. Rhiannon Stieb helped Marnie take care of Larry after his health began to fail. Visitation will be at the Heer Mortuary on Monday, December 11, from 10 - 5. Funeral services will be Tuesday, December 12, at 11:00 AM at the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints in Fort Morgan. Interment will follow in the Brush Memorial Cemetery.
