Lenora Ann Smith, 59, passed away Tuesday, October 20, 2015 at Northern Colorado Medical Center in Greeley, CO surrounded by her family. She was born October 3, 1956 in Clarksville, TN to Leonard and Georgia Woolsey. On December 16, 1973, Ann married Thomas "Tommy" Smith in Log Lane Village, CO. She worked as a Teacher's Aide for special needs children for many years at Pioneer Elementary School in Fort Morgan, CO. Her pets always had a special place in her heart. Ann dedicated her life to family, spending time with them whenever and wherever she could. Ann is survived by her husband Tommy; two children, Toby (Mary) Smith of Ft. Collins, CO and Tim Smith of Ft. Collins, CO; three sisters, Jean Burton of Ft. Morgan, CO, Betty Deal of Brush, CO and Donna Mota of Kentucky; two brothers, Jimmy Woolsey of Kimball, NE and Mike Woolsey of Kentucky; three grandchildren; Ozias Smith, Kelcy Gregg and Kelby Gregg; her parents and several other loving family members. A visitation will be Thursday, October 22, 2015 from 4-6 PM at the Heer Mortuary Chapel in Ft. Morgan. Funeral Services will be Friday, October 23, 2015 at 2:00 PM also at the Heer Mortuary Chapel.
