Leora D. Sharp, 92, Life Long resident of Ft. Morgan, died Friday evening at the Valley View Villa in Ft. Morgan.. She was born January 28, 1916 on the family farm just south of Ft. Morgan, to William and Rosena (Steinhoff) Tormohlen. She married Lyle Sharp November 1, 1937 in Denver. Leora was a active member of the United Presbyterian Church in Ft. Morgan. She served on the Heritage Foundation Committee, and as secretary for the Knife and Fork Club. She enjoyed traveling, playing bridge and spending time with her family, especially with her grandchildren. She is survived by her daughter Donna Alles of Ft. Morgan, three brothers, Russell Tromohlen and Milton Tromohlen both of Ft. Morgan and Guerdon Tromohlen of Newport Oregon, her sister in-law Fernell Clemmer of Sacramento, CA , 3 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband Lyle, and her parents. A Memorial service will be held on Tuesday at 2:00 pm at the United Presbyterian Church in Ft. Morgan, Inurnment will follow in the United Presbyterian Church Columbarium.
