Leticia Carranza, 66, of Ft. Morgan, died Saturday at her home in Ft. Morgan. She was born March 1, 1943 in Guadalajara Mexico, to Jose and Maria Cerecero. She married Tomas Carranza October 23, 1976 in Guadalajara, Mexico. They moved to Colorado in the late 1990's. She enjoyed taking car rides and spending time with her family. She was a member of the Saint Helena Catholic Church. She is survived by her husband Tomas and her daughter Leticia Guadalupe Carranza both of Ft. Morgan, 1 sister Maria Cerecero and 2 brothers Juan Cerecero and Luis Cerecero all of Guadalajara, Mexico. She was preceded in death by 1 son; Felipe Carranza, 2 daughters; Carmen Carranza and Maria Carranza, 1 brother; Jesus Cerecero and her parents. Visitation will be held on Tuesday from 2-6pm with a Rosary Vigil to be held at 6 pm at the Heer & Dahl Mortuary Chapel in Ft. Morgan. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Wednesday at 11:00 am at the Saint Helena Catholic Church. Interment will follow in the Memory Gardens Cemetery.
