Linda Kay Grimes was born on November 25, 1955 to Dovie Jean & Walter "Pete" Dunihoo. She went to grade school and high school in Fort Morgan. Linda passed away on June 13th at Saint Anthony North in Westminster.

Linda met the love of her life, Tom in Imperial, NE at the Chase County Fair and Rodeo on August 27, 1975 and have been best friends ever since. She wasn't blessed with any children but loved all her pets like kids. Tom and Linda joined in marriage on August 27, 1987, to commemorate the day they met.

Linda and her friends enjoyed spending time together shopping, fixing meals and all the things' girls do. She especially enjoyed camping trips with her sister-in-law, Vickey Grimes and friend, Rita Rapue. Linda loved gardening, hunting and fishing trips and taking care of her home. Linda didn't like pumpkin pie, by the way.

As a young girl she worked at A&W car hopping then worked at Clark Feather Manufacturing. Linda had her own faith in God and read her bible often.

Linda was preceded in death by her parents; brothers, Bob and Will Dunihoo.

She is survived by her husband, Tom Grimes; brother Alfred Dunihoo, and many nieces and nephews.

At Linda's request there will be cremation and no services. A celebration of life will be held at the Serenity Falls Columbarium with family and close friends at a later date.
