Linda A. McDonald, 74, longtime Brush area resident, passed away Sunday, October 16, 2011, at the Eben Ezer Lutheran Care Center following a lengthy illness. She was born September 18, 1937, in Greeley, CO, to Frank & Gail Ritchie. Linda graduated from Brush High School in 1955. She later married Guy McDonald. She enjoyed spending time with family and friends. Survivors include her children, Bill of Salida, CO, Mike of Willits, CA, and Lisa Coad of Hillrose; a step-daughter, Teresa Arvidson of Chino, CA; 1 sister, Ellen Wade of Clifton, CO; and 5 grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, 2 brothers, Curtis & Frank, and her parents. A private graveside inurnment will be held at the Brush Memorial Cemetery.
