Lois Irene (Acre) Mulford, 89, Formerly of Ft. Morgan died Saturday August 23, at the Presbyterian Saint Luke Hospital in Denver. She was born August 4, 1919 to Homer Blaine and Maud Vera (Rink) Acre in Ft. Morgan. She graduated from the Fort Morgan High School in 1937. She attended Iowa State University and graduated from the Denver University with a degree in Medical Technology. She married Dr. Warren Edgar Mulford. Dr Mulford practiced dentistry in Denver until they retired in the mid 1960's. They retired and moved to Palmer Lake. She is survived by her daughter Dona Stuart of Aspen, and two grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband, her sister Carol Johnson and her parents. A graveside service will be held on Thursday at 1:30 pm at the Riverside Cemetery in Ft. Morgan.
