Lorida M. Arendale, 79, passed away early Friday, March 2, 2007, at the East Morgan County Hospital in Brush. She was born January 4, 1928, in Walsenburg, CO, to Julian & Agnes Montoya. She married Henry W. Arendale. In 2001, she moved to Brush to be with her daughter. She was a member of St. Mary's Catholic Church. Survivors include her children, Mary Lou Luevano of Brush, Harry DeBell and Joseph Armijo both of Denver; 1 brother, Julian Montoya and 1 sister, Mary Armijo both of Denver and several grandchildren and great grandchildren. She was preceded in death by her husband and her parents. A funeral mass will be said Tuesday, March 6, 2007, at 10:30 AM at St. Mary's Catholic Church, 340 Stanford Street in Brush. Interment will follow in the Brush Memorial Cemetery.
