Luis "Daniel" Narvaez, 16, of Fort Morgan, died Sunday, April 15, 2018 from injuries he sustained in an automobile accident north of Fort Morgan.

He was born in Fort Morgan on September 2, 2001 to Jose Luis & Maria (Morones) Narvaez. At the time of his death Daniel was a sophomore at Fort Morgan High School where he was an accomplished athlete, most recently, the starting running back for the football team this past fall. Daniel was also an avid baseball player. He enjoyed going fishing and spending time with his family and friends.

He is survived by his parents; three sisters, Nancy, Margarita, and Jocelyn; his nephew, Jose Joel Limon; and his aunt, Ricarda Morones.

Visitation and recitation of The Holy Rosary will be Friday evening, April 20th at 6:00 PM at the Heer Mortuary Chapel in Fort Morgan.

Mass of Christian Burial will be Saturday, April 21st at 10:00 AM at Saint Helena's Catholic Church in Fort Morgan. Interment will follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery in Fort Morgan.
