Margarita was born in Harlingen Texas. She spent her childhood in Texas and Nebraska before the family settled in Colorado. She worked her entire adult life in the healthcare industry before her retirement. She enjoyed her hobbies but most specifically embroidery and she was always ready to embroider a new blanket for all the newborns in the family. More recently her newest source of joy were her two golden retrievers Bella and Ruby.

Margarita is survived by her husband of 33 years John Conway, Her sisters, Diana Donez (Dan Henry) Martina Garduno (Ronny), her brothers John Donez, Alvino Donez (Esther), Nick Donez (Heather) Jaime Donez (Stephanie). She leaves behind her crafting buddies Ashley Donez, Vanessa Donez, Jessica Donez, Jessica Mendoza, and Anthony Donez. She is also survived by numerous nephews, nieces, great nephews, and nieces who loved her. She was proceeded in death by her parents Nicolas and Claudia Donez and her brother Robert Donez.

Mass of Christian Burial will be at Saint Helena Catholic Church in Fort Morgan on Friday, December 29, 2023, at 10:30 AM. Interment will follow in Memory Gardens Cemetery in Fort Morgan.
