Marlene M. Frasier, 85, passed away Thursday, October 26, 2017 at the Valley View Villa Care Center in Fort Morgan.

She was born March 16, 1932 in Ovid, Colorado to Oscar and Dorothea (Wells) Mittelstadt. The family also lived in Eaton, Colorado before moving to Fort Morgan when she was 14. After graduation from Fort Morgan High School, she attended Colorado A&M.

Marlene married her high school sweetheart, Robert C. Frasier on March 9, 1952 at the First Presbyterian Church in Fort Morgan. She was an active member of the United Presbyterian Church serving as a Deacon, Elder, and a member of their Women's Group. She was also a member of the Benevolent Patriotic Order of DOES, Drove 236 in Fort Morgan. Marlene's love for her family and friends was unconditional. She was an avid Colorado Rockies and St. Louis Cardinal fan, enjoyed sewing, tending to her rose garden, and playing cards.

Survivors include her children, Barbara Lapp (Rick) of Fort Morgan, Kathy Barthlama (Kip) of Fort Morgan, Steven Frasier (Shelly) of Fort Morgan, and Rhonda Knoblauch (Greg) of Saint Charles, Missouri , her brother, Dr. Richard W. Mittelstadt (Marlys) of Anchorage, Alaska, sister-in-law, Beverly Kembel (Marvin), of Fort Morgan, grandchildren, Kyle Barthlama (Natalie) of Bothell, Washington, Kraig Barthlama (Brandy) of Casper, Wyoming, Joshua Lapp (Mackenzie) of Wiggins, Alisha Kubic (Bill) of Fort Morgan, Cole Frasier (Amber) of Kearney, Nebraska, Cady Jess (Blair) of Fort Morgan, Dawnelle Sagel (Joshua), of Wiggins, Sydney L'Heureux of Fort Morgan, Sarah Knoblauch of West Lafayette, Indiana, and Laura Knoblauch of Englewood, Colorado, great grandchildren, Natasha, Mercedes, Kathrine, Jackson, Stellan, Chance, Ryan, Konnor, Kelsey, Kassandra, Lukas, Keason, Kellen, Branson and Braydon.

Marlene was preceded in death by her husband Robert, who died in 2014, and her parents.

There will be a visitation on Sunday, October 29, 2017 from 2 until 4 PM at the Heer Mortuary in Fort Morgan.

A Celebration of Life will be Monday, October 30, 2017 at 1:30 PM at the United Presbyterian Church in Fort Morgan. Interment will follow in Memory Gardens.
