Max R. Wojciechowski Jr., 54, passed away Friday, May 22, 2015, at his home in Brush. Max was born October 11, 1960, in Fort Wayne, Indiana to Max & Joyce Wojciechowski. Max has lived in Morgan County for 20 years. Prior to ill health forcing his retirement he worked in the maintenance department at Cargill Meat Solutions. He married Monica Moreno on October 26, 2002, in Fort Morgan. Max was a member of the New Creations Church in Fort Morgan. He was an AANA sponsor and loved his ministry opportunities in corrections facilities. His factor time was spent with his family. Survivors include his wife, Monica; children, Jose Martinez and Aide Moreno; brothers Roger Wojciechowski, Shawn Smith, Kevin Smith, and Tim Smith; his 7 grandchildren, Jason Moreno, Daniel Aguero, Mark Aguero, his princess, Sarahie Martinez, Max Martinez, Anabel M., and Osbaldo Cerda. He was preceded in death by 1 sister, Melinda Travis and his parents. A funeral service will be held Wednesday, May 27, 2015, at 11:00 AM at New Creations Church in Fort Morgan. Interment will follow in the Brush Memorial Cemetery. Visitation will be at the Heer Mortuary Chapel in Fort Morgan on Tuesday from 5 - 8 PM.
