Michael Anthony Morrison, 34, of Fort Morgan, died Tuesday December 2, 2014. Mike was born in Mountain Home, Idaho on October 2, 1980 to Bill and Ruth (Califf) Morrison. Mike moved to Colorado as a child and attended schools in Fort Morgan. Mike worked at Cargil and most recently as a handyman. He enjoyed spending time with family and close friends. Music, writing and drawing was most important to Mike. He was an amazing artist. Mike is survived by his mother, Ruth Young and step father, Lance Young of Fort Morgan; his son, Orion Morrison of Downs, Kansas; his daughters, Kyndal and Paeton Morrison of Colorado Springs; his sister Tracy Morrison of Boise, Idaho; his brother Jason Morrison of Boise, Idaho; his brother Scott Reyez and sister-in-law Tymeko Reyez of Fort Morgan; his niece and nephew, Harlie and Travis Reyez of Fort Morgan and many cousins, aunts, uncles and a host of friends. He was preceded in death by his grandparents and his father Bill Morrison. There will be a private family gathering to celebrate Mike's young life.
