Mike Frank Guzman, 63, lifelong area resident, died Sunday, October 9, 2011 at the East Morgan County Hospital in Brush. Mike was born September 29, 1948 in Brush to Alexander and Dora (Herrera) Guzman. Mike attended Saint Mary's Catholic Church in Brush. Guzman enjoyed fishing, visiting the sale barn in Brush and taking long drives with friends and relatives just taking in the beautiful country side. Survivors include his mother, Dora Guzman of Brush, eight brothers and sisters, including, Joe Guzman of Tulsa, Oklahoma, Alex Guzman of Brush, Felix Bustamante of Kansas City, Kansas, Lucy Lewis of Ft. Collins, Raymond Bustamante of Denver, Irene Bustamante of Brush, Jaime Bustamante of Seattle, Washington and Benilde Bustamante of Commerce City, Colorado. Mike was preceded in death by his father Alexander and one nephew, Robert Bustamante. There will be a private family service at a later date. The Heer and Dahl Mortuary in Brush is in charge of the cremation arrangements.
