Molly Ruppel Peif, 98, a longtime resident of Fort Morgan, CO lived in Loveland, CO the past 15 years, and resided at Loveland Good Samaritan Village. She went to be with the Lord September 13, 2011 surrounded by her family. She was born May 14, 1913 in Fort Morgan, to Peter Ruppel, Sr. and Mary Elizabeth Schreiner Ruppel. She married Reuben Peif, September 6, 1937 in Fort Morgan. Molly was highly skilled in needlecraft of all kinds. She was a homemaker and an accomplished seamstress. She was baptized and confirmed in the German Evangelical Lutheran Church, which later became Immanuel Evangelical Church, and participated in many functions of the church. She was an active resident at Good Samaritan, working as a volunteer in many capacities. Molly is survived by a daughter Joan Joslin and husband Arnold of Loveland, CO Son Jim Peif and wife Sandy of Breckenridge, CO, grandchildren Angela Joslin Price (Tim) of Fayetteville, AR, Russell Joslin of Robbinsdale, MN, Jared Joslin ( Jessica) of Chicago, IL, Spencer Peif of Denver, CO, Taber Peif of Boulder, CO, three great grandchildren, Ashleigh, Will, and Brett Price of Fayetteville, AR, and an "Adopted" daughter Mi K. Rim of Germantown, TN. She was preceded in death by her husband Reuben, her parents, brothers David, Peter, and Henry Ruppel, and sister Marie Ruppel Yost. Memorial donations may be made to the American Diabetes Association, Immanuel Evangelical Church of Fort Morgan, CO, Loveland Good Samaritan Village, or Pathways Hospice of Loveland, CO in care of the Heer & Dahl Mortuary 225 E. Platte Ave. Fort Morgan, CO 80701. The family will receive visitors at the mortuary on Sunday afternoon from 3 to 6 p.m. Funeral services will be held on Monday September 19, at 10:00 am at the Immanuel Evangelical Church in Fort Morgan. Interment will follow in the Memory Gardens Cemetery.
