Norma L. Sowder, 76, longtime Morgan County resident, passed away suddenly at her home on Saturday, November 6, 2021.  She was born November 13, 1944, in Bar Harbor, Maine, to Normand J. & Alice L. Bouchard.

Norma worked as an insurance agent for many years at the Goetz Insurance Company and more recently at the Ingmire - Phillips Insurance Agency.  She was a member of St. Charles Episcopal Church in Fort Morgan.

Norma is survived by her son, Dustin (Kelly) Price; a step-daughter Frankie Peterson; her sister Kathleen Bouchard; 4 grandchildren Atavia Vaughn, Chevelle Price, Mia Price, and Silas Price.  She was preceded in death by her parents, two Brothers Jon Bouchard, Norman "Skipper" Bouchard, and a great granddaughter Emersyn Grace Reynolds.

A Memorial Service will be held on Friday, November 19, 2021, at the Heer Mortuary Chapel in Fort Morgan at 2:00PM. A Private Inurnment will be in the Serenity Falls Columbarium at a later date.
